Strive High is an after-school enrichment program for elementary and middle school students. Over a consistent 8-week program (2 days per week, 16 sessions total), trained coaches help students build confidence, form genuine friendships, and develop leadership skills—in a supportive group where every child feels they belong.
We’re built to deliver it end-to-end in partnership with your school, so students get a meaningful experience and your staff carries almost none of the load. Because we believe every child deserves a place to belong.

Strive High is an after-school enrichment program that helps elementary and middle school students build confidence, belonging, and leadership through a structured 8-week program. The program is delivered in partnership with schools and facilitated entirely by trained, background-checked coaches.
Strive High combines evidence-informed social-emotional learning, leadership development, and healthy-habit coaching into a single, easy-to-implement program. Each cohort follows a consistent twice-weekly structure, so students always know what to expect and schools gain a reliable partner who manages curriculum, facilitation, and logistics.
Give every student a supportive environment to grow socially, emotionally, and personally.
Our goal is straightforward—while requiring minimal additional work from school staff.
Our Founder
Founder & Program Director
In 2019, Theresa hung 150 flyers in her Los Angeles neighborhood. Eight girls showed up. One of them came in without a single friend — and left with eight. That one moment told her everything she needed to know. Strive High was born from that afternoon. Since then, Theresa has worked directly with 30+ students, building the curriculum, coaching the sessions, and watching kids find their people. Now she’s bringing Strive High to schools — so no child has to wait for someone to hang a flyer in their neighborhood.
